We just sent out this email (below) this week to all of you that sent in photographs for the SDP Calendar … what we forgot to mention was the urgency to get your work in now!

Most of you have already responded & sent in your hi-rez photos and we thank you for your quick attention.

to those of you who haven’t responded yet:

High resolution files of all photos you submitted to us here must be received no later than this Sunday nite (11/20/11), as our 2012 Calendar will head off to the printer early next week.  Photos not received by this time cannot and will not be included.

Send all files ASAP to studio@summerdiaryproject.com

Hello All,

I’m excited to tell you the design for SDP’s 2012 Men on Tumblr Calendar is well underway and entering it’s final stages. Up to this time, I’ve been using the small low resolution photos you sent in to our Tumblr site to create the mock-ups for the pages. 

In order to prepare the calendar for printing, I now need you to send in the original, high resolutions file(s) of all photo(s) that you submitted to us @ http://sdpcalendar.tumblr.com .

Please send ASAP to studio@summerdiaryproject.com … the largest, highest quality file of each image that you submitted.

While I’ve pretty much made our selections of who/what photo will be featured on each of the 12 months of the year, this is not yet certain, as it now depends on whether or not your photo size is suitable for printing on large size pages. As soon as yours are received, I’ll be able to contact you individually to let you know & go over more details and information to complete your feature page.

Several collage pages of your submissions are also being created for the calendar, and that’s why I request that you send in all your images. In the fun spirit of the submission process and Tumblr itself, our goal is to include as many of you & your submissions as possible.
